Plainly, before anything else.
Where things stand
The PitcHouse funds are in formation. None has been sized, formed or offered. Any offering will be made only through that fund’s own documents, to eligible investors.
Track record
PitcHouse is a new company with no investment history as a fund manager. We show no performance, fund sizes or assets under management.
Reporting
The same studio numbers we run the business on: utilization, revenue per available studio hour, studio-level margin, retention and opening pace.
Governance
Alexandra Pohl, Chief Executive Officer, chairs the PitcHouse investment committee; William Pohl III, Chief Operating Officer, is Co-Chair.
